When you open an account with LeoTradez and fund it, your account will be active but not verified. You will receive a welcome email from us asking you to send documents so that your account can be verified.

You must follow the verification procedures that our compliance team requests in order to validate your account and ensure that there was no unlawful behaviour involved in creating the trading account. We will need the following from you:

IDENTITY DOCUMENT (send all described documents in your possession)

DNI / NIE

Driver’s License

Passport

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: a photo (both sides) of the card used for the First Deposit. The image must not be blurred or edited

Front: you must leave visible only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits. The remaining 6 digits (located in the center) should be covered by a small piece of paper.

Back: It is imperative that you cover the security digits (CVV) located next to the signature strip with a piece of paper and include your signature on that strip with a pen or marker. In case of not being able to do it, you have the option of signing the same piece of paper with which you will cover the security digits.

INVOICE FOR SOME SERVICE: where your name and home address appear.

Examples of documents that can be submitted:

Utility bill, p. E.g. water, electricity or gas bill.

Mortgage statements.

Landline/Home Cable Bills.

Bank statements.

Passport / DNI or NIE / Driving license (if they contain a complete address. It cannot be the same document used for Proof of Identity.)

A SELFIE: holding your ID in hand, the information on the document should be legible and should not cover information with your fingers.

We do not accept:

Screenshots.
Mobile phone bills.
Medical or shopping bills.
Pension or insurance declarations.
Mobile-only bills.

CAPITAL DEPOSIT FORM: This is a document that is attached to the mail in PDF format, which you must print, fill out by hand and take a photograph or scan it.
